Hellooooooo! It feels so good to be back. It’s been quite a while since I don’t write in here. I’m so happy to do it again. Writing has been one of my favorite things since I was a little girl, so I decided I’m gonna do it more often. Usually I tend to think I really need to say something interesting to update my blog, but truth is it doesn’t necessarily have to be that way. So I’m gonna see it more like a diary (I used to have one growing up) and I’m decided to write more often, just because it should be more like a catharsis for me instead of something that will stress me out (and I don’t need more of those). So let’s see how it goes.
In the meantime, let me tell you that today is Christmas Eve, we’re preparing everything for dinner. We’re having hallacas (Venezuelan traditional Christmas dish) and pasteles (Puerto Rican traditional Christmas dish). We’re currently in Puerto Rico, spending Christmas with my in laws and my sister Lucia, enjoying some family time while we swim in the Caribbean Sea.
Some updates in my life
I started a new job at Univision. It hasn’t been a month yet and I feel like I’m learning so much. I have to confess I’m a bit overwhelmed but at the same time happy and grateful to have this amazing opportunity. I couldn’t be more grateful and I think it’s gonna be the first of many professional achievements ahead.
Since I haven’t gotten the time to share any post with you guys since Halloween, I’m gonna leave you with pictures of what has been going on lately around here, just because I think an image can tell a story better than a million words. Hope you like them! Merry Christmas!🎁🎄
